Strata Design Works on the Largest tax lot in Portland

We are excited to share that we have the privilege to be engaged in four different phases of construction on the largest tax lot in Portland, the former Columbia Steel site. We are providing design support services related to the property demolition and redevelopment which includes designing conceptual plans for the sanitary and storm conveyance system, and a new sanitary line. Our work involves the use of AutoCad Civil 3D utilizing topographic maps and newer LiDAR elevation data. We are also happy to be coordinating with Danielson Construction and will be providing construction observation services as well as stockpile volumetrics and addressing land use requirements.
